Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the course start date. Refunds are not guaranteed after this time. Students may request a one-time transfer to a future class, subject to availability and approval by C&B Safety. No refunds will be issued once the course has started. Students will typically see funds returned in 5–10 business days (depends on their bank) *Missed class time or failure to meet attendance requirements does not qualify for a refund or transfer.
