Cancellation & Transfer Policy

C&B Safety understands that schedules can change. Please review the following cancellation and transfer policy carefully before registering.

​

• Students are eligible for a full refund if cancellation is requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start of the course.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start of the course are not guaranteed a refund.

• In place of a refund, students may request a one-time transfer to a future class, subject to availability and at the discretion of C&B Safety.

• No refunds will be issued once the course has begun or for failure to attend scheduled sessions.

• All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing.

By registering for this course, students acknowledge and agree to this policy.
